processing hours

  • Currently the orders will be processed in the weekend and sent on saturday/sunday.

General store terms 

  • Orders will be processed in the weekend and send on tuesday. (Postnl will not deliver on monday)
  • Minimum order total is 5 euro and there is no lot limit or minimum.
  • All prizes are 21% btw included
  • No paypal fee 
  • Order less than 15 euro have 0.80 euro handling/packaging fee orders above do not have any fees.  
  • orders have to be payed within 3 days after invoice
  • We take mold differations in account
  • the lego is washed and stored in a pet and smoke free environment.
  • inventory is on behalf of prize changes and stock errors .
  • If you have ANY questions or remarks, just email us .
  • We will deliver a service with a smile for al your lego needs.
  • lego are small parts, so do not swallow it ! you can choke.


  • Shipments will be send with Postnl
  • Orders more than 100 euro in europe and 75 euro in the world will be send WITH insurance ! (otherwise no refund or tracking possible)
  • Orders without insurance cannot be tracked or refunded in any way. 
  • Keep the weight of a box (50gram) or an aircraft envelop (10 gram) 
  • all Minifigures will be packed seperately. 
  • We keep the punchered items in seperated seal bags were possible.  (condition and itemwise).
  • Sets will be shipped disassembled unless stated otherwise.

Part condition 

The table below shows the item condition guide for our webshop.
  • New : are new unplayed parts only handled for checking and sorting purposes
  • Used as new : very good looking parts which have nearly no scratched or dents, no discoleration or bitmarks
  • Used as good : these are played parts, may contain a little bit of wear such as scratches, dents or some coleration but no bitemarks
  • Used acceptable : parts are functional but may contain wear of a lot of happy playing hours ! 

Missing items :

Sometimes it happens we have a inattentive moment and we make a mistake packing your order 
If this is the case (arrgh those order packing people), just email us and we are going to solve the problem !
If we encounter an inventory error during the package of you order we can offer several differen solutions : 
This error could occur due to incorrect quantity or faulty qaulity of items or an inattentive moment we pack the wrong items. or faulty sub cat
  • Refund the missing parts and send the other items in the order.
  • Replace the parts with other items/colors with more or less the same price.
  • Replace the parts with the same parts from a lower quality grade.
  • Cancel the whole order
  • Or any other solution that we can agree upon !
